When we first started thinking about setting up this company focused on risk identification, management and mitigation in early 2020, who would have thought that within weeks the world would be on lock-down over a brand new risk. One that very few organisations or countries were adequately prepared for, simply because it was new. Having been keenly observing how various companies and governments have reacted and attempted to manage the new coronavirus we are convinced that there is room for improvement, that we can harness innovation and creativity as well as traditional risk management tools to improve our 'defences in depth' and make our organisations more risk intelligent and more resilient. With the lock-down still ongoing but gradually starting to lift it seems like this is the ideal time to start a new company. We hope you find it as helpful as we intend it to be.
